👣While there is still some final work to be coordinated, the south extension of the Jackson Creek Trail is now open for use! The new section extends about half a mile south from the trail roundabout at Sherwood Oaks Park, 1600 E. Elliston Dr., to Rhorer Road. At Rhorer Road, the trail turns to the east and crosses a new pedestrian bridge before continuing along Rhorer Road to Sare Road. Parks & Recreation thanks the city's Engineering Department for coordinating the trail extension.
