Reverend Ernest D. Butler Park Playground Replacement Coming Soon!

The playground at the Rev Ernest D. Butler Park was removed in Jan. 2021. Site preparations began shortly after for the installation of new slides, a climbing net, and elevated walkways. This playground is among those the Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled for replacement this year in its regular cycle of improvements.  Together with a new climber/spinner feature, benches, and concrete curbing around the perimeter, the new playground is being financed in part with grant funds.
