SPRING has SPRUNG in Bloomington! As the weather warms, trails everywhere will see increased visitation making it especially important to follow trail etiquette and be good stewards and neighbors while hiking and parking at our properties. Spring usually means rain, soft ground, and lots of mud. Trails and parking lots are not in the best condition this time of year, making it easy to cause irreparable damage to fragile land. Remember the 'Leave No Trace' principles and resist the urge to hike off trails to get around mud puddles which causes erosion and kills fragile plant life.
