🚨 The "Nature Trail" and "Hiking Trail" at Griffy Lake will be CLOSED tomorrow and Friday while crews conduct a prescribed fire in the forest north of the boathouse parking lot at 3400 N. Headley Rd. The controlled burn will help improve conditions for regeneration of oak and hickory trees, which in turn provide diverse habitat for spring ephemerals, reptiles, birds and insects.
