Maple Syrup Made Easy

Description

A maple tree is all it takes to experience the sweetness of homemade maple syrup. During this hands-on workshop, discuss tree identification, equipment, collection and sugaring techniques, and learn the history of maple syrup and sugar. Take-home instructions are supplied, along with a taste of the final product. 

This class is held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Participants will meet at the Small Shelter located near the basketball courts. Use of face masks is required.

For ALL ages. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by a registered adult. $6/Bloomington residents, $7/out-of-city residents.To make sure we prepare enough materials for this program, we ask that all participants PLEASE REGISTER by Febuary 22nd.
