The Maggie Houlihan Memorial Dog Park at Encinitas Community Park will be closed May 1-28 for annual fall turf renovations, grounds maintenance and general repairs. The Maggie Houlihan Memorial Dog Park will reopen on May 29th at 8:00am. Please enjoy these park sites with off-leash hours: Encinitas Viewpoint Park, Orpheus Park, Sun Vista Park and Mountain Vista Trail.
