Description

From an exciting beginning as an agricultural settlement and trading centre, St. Paul has grown to become an active commercial and agricultural service centre for Northeastern Alberta. With a growing population of 5600, this “fiber connected” community has ample commercial and industrial land available for business and industry to build and grow their venture.

St. Paul is located on highway 29, which connects to highway 36 to the west and highway 41 to the east, providing access to markets and the Alberta Oil Sands. Surrounded by lakes and trails, the Town of St. Paul is a hub for recreation and a wealth of opportunity for tourism investment.

The community also offers excellent living with amenities and services including, a strong retail sector, government services, education, post-secondary education, medical/dental services, acute/auxiliary hospital, and numerous sports and recreational facilities, organizations, and opportunities. Accessibility Description

Coming in on Hwy 29 (main street) from either the East or West, you will need to turn north on Secondary Hwy 881 (on the east end of town). Take 881 North to 53 Ave and turn left (west). Follow 53 Ave through curves and you will see the entrance to the staging area on your right (north side).

Camping is allowed at the St Paul town campground at the staging area as well as the town's other campground.
