Friends of City Park is hosting a series of behind the scenes guided tours through City Peek tours. All events are open to current and new members.  The number of participants who can register under one membership are outlined under each membership category. Every tour is exclusively for members and $10 per person/$7 for kids under 12. Join/Renew here.

About this tour: Join us for a casual guided nature walk through City Park’s Couturie Forest to spend some time in nature and learn about our local ecosystem. Topics include City Park and forest history, tree identification, local native and invasive species and their impacts, habitats, and organisms, the Park’s living lagoon system, and the benefits of natural spaces, especially in urban areas.

We will be walking on mulched trails, not more than a mile in length. Physical distancing will be required. Recommended: binoculars, closed-toed shoes, bug spray, refillable water bottle. Tour size is limited to 25 people.
